After seeing a lot of bullshit fake amateurs calling themselves life coaches, who are talking about how life is beautiful and how you can change yourself to be a better person, I have decided to go the other way around and be as honest and brutal as life really is.

My name is Frank and my job is not to help you “get back on track”. I will give you tips and advices how to unleash worst in you and enjoy it.

I have spent all my life hating everything, being disgust by the world around me and still here I am, stronger than ever. Never wanted to commit suicide for shit someone did to me or some girl didn’t like me back.

If you get even every time and not turn the other chick, you’ll feel much, much better.

These negative feelings helped me through my entire life, keeping me doing stuff I want and going places I wanted to see.
